Annelise is a Vancouver-based, Los Angeles-raised archaeologist and producer.

Annelise combines her unique skills and experience from more than a decade in both the entertainment industry and the archaeological/academic world to help create interesting, engaging, and exciting factual programming that brings stories from the past to a 21st century audience. She has brought her knowledge and expertise to a wide variety of factual programming, including the Emmy-nominated series The Story of God with Morgan Freeman, Mind Field, and the hit Discovery series Expedition Unknown.

Annelise is also a core team member of the joint British-Albanian archaeological and cultural research project, Project Nivica, and runs the popular TikTok account @annelisethearchaeologist as part of an ongoing effort to increase public engagement within the wider archaeological community.
